Can we imagine that a time will come to make human beings fully immortal? The situation will jeopardize every system, every one will suffer but will not die. The fight will continue, the struggle will continue. The human beings will search methods, but will fail to finish themselves. It is true that this type of situation or time will never come, man can never be immortal. For the balance, people will die and people will take birth. Nobody can achieve immortality. The richness, the property everything will stay in the mortal earth, but the human body dies with time.

We have heard stories in our Purana that whenever demons have tried to acquire immortality, Gods have always found their way to fail them. To spread brutality and to do all wrong things, demons always wanted to win over life. They took pain, they did meditation to get the boon from the powerful Gods. They demanded boons for immortality, but God granted those with limitations. God always made it clear that it was impossible for him to grant immortality to anybody, instead he gave very powerful boons that would make every hope tough to cause the end for the demon's life.

The powerful Ravan who had ten heads was vanquished by a man, Ram, the incarnation of God. Ravan abducted Ram's wife. The day, Ravan committed this crime, his downfall started. To end his pride, Ram vanquished him in the war.

Hiranyakashyap who was very powerful and wanted to kill his son, prahlad, failed miserably in his life. His pride, his power didn't work, when he challenged Prahlad to call God. God in his Narsingh form, came out of the pillar to finish the demon with the nail to grant death and to end immortality.

During the churning of sea or samudra manthan, to save the nectar from demons, Lord Vishnu employed Sudershan Chakra to behead Rahuketu. So, immortality was denied.

Whoever has taken birth even God has to die, though some believe that Hanuman because of devotion has won over life. Aswastama because of wrong work, was punished to live here and there in pain without death.

Today, we are developed with new technologies. We have achieved a lot, but one day, we have to die, we have to create the void that will be filled up by new births to balance the system and cycle that the puissant God has fixed for life. We live, we earn money, we construct buildings, we drive cars, we educate our offspring, but the truth that can't be denied or postponed is our death.
